Bill Clark, PresidentClark began his surety career with the Travelers Indemnity Company in 1953. In 1958, Clark moved to Denver from Minneapolis to start up the local surety operation for that firm. He joined the Talbert Corporation in 1963 and subsequently became president and majority shareholder. Clark left Talbert (now known as HRH Of Denver) in 1995 to form Bill Clark & Associates, Inc. Clark is a past president of the National Association of Surety Bond Producers (1982-83).
